Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our policy lasts 12 days after the delivery date, If 12 days have gone by since your purchase, then, we can’t approve a return request.

Items must also be received back at the return address within 12 days of the delivery date to receive a store credit.

If any item is received after 12 days, you’ll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Pack your item(s) securely and return it in original condition (including packaging, tags, and accessories). 

All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange of the same item, send us an email at {[email protected]} before sending your item to: {23a Colorado Street Maitama, Abuja, Nigeria (Brown Gate)}.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEMS 

 If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package.

CANCELLATION

We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is being processed. To make sure you receive your order on time,  we will start processing the orders as soon as we receive it, this means once your order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it.
